Everything has always made sense and nonsense, has always been known and unknown, manifested in some form or formlessness...we just keep forgetting for some reason, and then remembering later.
Damn censors! Bloody memory loss!
To what purpose does this serve???
Does it sustain the illusion of mystery in order to maintain a sense of wonder and intrigue that inspires knowledge and divergent thinking? Does it establish an illusion of control? (Do we aspire to an ideal nature of structure and routine? A flawless system?) Or, maybe an illusion of certainty, because we fear uncertainty and instability? Do we fear what we are really capable of were we to accept and truly understand our own binary opposition between balance and imbalance?
